南都讯 12月9日，华发体育官方公众号发布消息，原定于12月26日开跑的2021横琴人寿横琴马拉松宣布取消。
公告中提到，为保障广大跑友的身体健康和安全，坚持人民至上、生命至上的安全发展理念，经横琴马拉松组委会研究决定，取消举办2021年横琴人寿马拉松。
