12月9日，记者在城区北海路拍摄到绿化带内新栽种的羽衣甘蓝。连日来，潍坊市园林部门在城区部分道路的绿化带中更换栽种耐寒的羽衣甘蓝，在阳光照射下分外美丽，为冬日的街头带来了一丝浪漫与“春意”，提升城市道路绿化景观效果。
