30CrNiMo8 (1.6580)一般采用电弧炉和氧气顶吹转炉冶炼，要求高的采用炉外精炼、电渣重熔或真空处理、真空感应炉冶炼或双真空冶炼、合适的热处理，30CrNiMo8这种材料很难加工。30CrNiMo8要做到HRB80以下都很有难度的，一般做到HRB85左右就可以了。
