围绕“一老一小”“幼有所育”等话题，国家、省、市、区相继出台3岁以下婴幼儿照护服务发展方案，明确到2022年，每个街道至少建成1家具有示范效应的普惠性托育机构。2021年，新安街道全面启动普惠性托育机构建设工作，强调公配物业优先用于民生工程项目。目前，新安街道正会同相关单位进行选址和开工许可备案，预计12月底初步完成施工。
