证券时报e公司讯，法尔胜(000890)11月19日晚间公告，全资子公司精细钢绳于11月18日收到江阴市人民政府下发的《市政府关于收回国有土地使用权的决定》。鉴于精细钢绳收到江阴市政府的土地收储通知，公司拟向长达钢铁转让持有的精细钢绳100%股权交易计划无法继续实施，经友好协商，公司于11月19日与长达钢铁签订了《股权转让意向协议书之解除协议》，原交易计划不再履行。
