证券时报e公司讯，特变电工(600089)11月19日晚间公告，控股子公司天池能源在新疆巴音郭楞蒙古自治州塔什店镇投资建设储运基地项目。项目总投资金额1.6亿元，项目的建设有利于保障天池能源煤炭销售。建设完成后，储运基地静态储煤能力将达到20万吨，最大储运能力为240万吨/年。
