眼下正是冬管的好时候，为提高油菜产量，湖北省咸宁市通城县塘湖镇村民忙着加强油菜田间管理，除草、施肥、杀虫、移栽忙得不亦乐乎。今年来，通城县采取以乡镇为单位，统一翻耕、播种、施肥，分户管理、收割等措施，发展油菜25万亩，助力农民增产增收。
