桑悦（1447—1513）明代学者。字民怿，号思亥，南直隶苏州府常熟（今属江苏）人。成化元年举人，会试得副榜。除泰和训导，迁柳州通判，丁忧，遂不再出。为人怪妄，好为大言，以孟子自况，谓文章举天下惟悦，次则祝允明。工于辞赋，所著《南都赋》、《北都赋》颇为有名。
