11月5日夜间起，受今年下半年来最强寒潮影响，我国东北及内蒙古地区迎来历史罕见强降雪天气。此次强降雪持续时间长、影响范围广，降雪量及积雪深度也不可多见。据中国天气网气象专家胡啸介绍，首要原因是这股最强冷空气行进至东北时，在高空形成的切断冷涡。
