她价值过去的第三次活动主题是关于“影响力投资和社会企业”的理解和经验分享，但是对于个人而言，如何在不断变化的职业生涯中打造专属自己的影响力？如何和志同道合的伙伴在前沿的金融资管领域建立独树一帜的专业团队？该选择什么样的企业留足成长？又该如何和其共同前进？她价值社区成员在第一次活动围绕着“下一个诉求”也分享到自己的类似的困惑。例如该如何对工作，行业，和社会创造更多的影响力。通过瑞安办公和她价值上海以及纽约工作组成员的大力的支持，她价值拓展到了上海并在上海举办她价值的第六次活动。本次活动会在上海集结上海行业内的女性来分享自己的想法和经验。

The theme of HerValue’s third event was understanding the concept and practice of impact investing and social enterprises. This session will focus more on the individual, especially in building her own workplace influence in the ever-changing work environment. How do we build a solid professional team in the competitive asset management and financial fields with like-minded partners? What kind of company should one choose in order to further develop our careers? And how will we know when to leave a toxic workplace? This is also HerValue's first event in Shanghai gathering women in the industry to share their own thoughts and experiences.

Through the efforts and support byShui On Workxand HerValue working group member based in Shanghai and New York,HerValue expanded to Shanghai and will host its sixth event in Shanghai!

我们需要何种企业文化？又应如何塑造与推广？文化：一个内外共同的理念和目标，一种值得塑造的精神和责任。What kind of corporate culture should we build? How should it be shaped and fostered? Culture: Rally around a common internally and externally-vetted goal and help develop the spirit of the team, as well as assign appropriate responsibilities

Each panelist will share their experience and story in investing and enterprise using the three elements outlined above under six minutes per speaker. Upon a presentation from the panelist, a Q&A session will be followed.

The event will be held entirely in Chinese with English translation under a hybrid format for a maximum of 40 physical attendance and 5 virtual attendance. The event is again at no cost to attending members thanks to contributing individuals!
