证券时报e公司讯，加拿大锂盐商Neo Lithium披露公告显示，紫金矿业已同意以每股6.50加元收购Neo Lithium所有已发行股份，总对价约9.6亿加元（约合49.6亿人民币），此次交易价格较Neo Lithium 20日均价溢价约36%。Neo Lithium3Q锂盐湖项目是世界上同类项目中规模最大、品位最高的项目之一。
