浙江义乌市政府发布关于征求源网荷储协调发展和加快区域光伏产业发展的实施细则意见的通知。文件提出，“十四五”末实现义乌全域所有用能数据感知归集，光伏装机容量达到 50 万 kWp 以上，储能装机达到100MW/200MWh 以上，可中断负荷资源库达到 50MW 以上。
