中证网讯（记者 金一丹）9月29日，中国证券报记者从宁德时代获悉，宁德时代已与Millennial Lithium Corp.签订协议，以3.77亿加元收购该公司100%股权。宁德时代相关负责人表示，Millennial Lithium Corp.在阿根廷拥有两处世界级锂盐湖项目。此次收购，是宁德时代供应链布局的重要举措，将进一步保障宁德时代长期稳定的锂原材料供应。
