9月27日，国新办举行《中国妇女发展纲要（2021-2030年）》《中国儿童发展纲要（2021-2030年）》发布会。民政部副部长詹成付在回答封面新闻记者提问时表示，民政部将围绕新“两纲”的实施，在儿童福利领域的资金分配、项目实施、组织社会力量等方面向中西部地区特别是西部地区倾斜。
