9月24日，自贡市沿滩区第十八届人大常委会举行第四十二次会议决定：
接受易冬辞去自贡市沿滩区人民政府区长职务的请求，决定廖东为自贡市沿滩区人民政府代理区长；
接受张根祥辞去自贡市沿滩区监察委员会主任职务的请求，任命宋筱茜为自贡市沿滩区监察委员会副主任，决定宋筱茜为自贡市沿滩区监察委员会代理主任。
