9月14日，上海中心气象台12时更新台风橙色预警信号为台风黄色预警信号。据预报，今明两天，台风“灿都”预计将在海面上回旋少动。本市当天依然有较为明显的风雨，15日起风雨渐停。16日，“灿都”会逐渐向东北方向移动，逐渐远离上海。图为南京路步行街上，上班族在风雨中加快脚步，外滩观景平台依旧暂时封闭，确保游客的安全。图片来源：IC photo
