为降低疫情输入风险，全力阻断境外疫情输入渠道，云南省瑞丽市公安局对外发布通告，面向社会征集举报涉私、涉偷渡犯罪线索。经查证属实的，每起奖励20000元人民币。
瑞丽与缅甸三面接壤，边境线长169.8公里。边境地区无天然屏障，民间便道较多，是云南边境线上界碑最密集和渡口通道最多的地段，长期存在较高的传染病境外输入风险。
