上证报中国证券网讯（记者 孔子元）中远海控公告，控股子公司东方海外的十家全资附属单船公司于2021年9月2日分别与南通中远川崎、大连中远川崎签订造船协议，以每艘1.5758亿美元的价格共计订造10艘集装箱船舶（单船运力为16,000TEU）。上述10艘船舶总价为15.758亿美元(折合约人民币101.923亿元)。预期将于2024年第4季度至2025年第4季度之间交船。
