智通财经APP讯，辽宁成大(600739.SH)公告，公司收到北京金融资产交易所有限公司的《接受备案通知书》，北金所决定接受公司的债权融资计划备案。
根据《接受备案通知书》，公司本次债权融资计划备案金额为人民币3亿元，备案额度自《接受备案通知书》落款之日起2年内有效，由广发银行股份有限公司投资银行部主承销。公司在备案有效期内可分期挂牌。
