8月18日：金融街控股股份有限公司挂牌出售北京德胜投资有限责任公司100%股权及相关债权，转让底价人民币15. 75亿元。项目位于北京市西城区德胜门外大街83号，总建筑面积约22. 95万平方米。
On 18 August: Financial Street Holdings sold 100% equity of Beijing Desheng Investment Co., Ltd. and related debts at a reserve price of RMB1.575 billion. Located at No. 83 Deshengmenwai Street, Xicheng District, Beijing, the project has a total gross floor area of approximately 229,500 sqm.
特步收购上海七宝57个商业单位
Xtep acquires 57 commercial units in Shanghai Qibao
8月17日：特步国际公布，其全资附属公司以约人民币4. 39亿元收购57个商业单位。据悉，该等商业单位是位于上海闵行区七宝镇最近开发的生态商务区，拟用作其上海运营中心，其将包括办公室及样品间，代价将分3期以现金支付，以内部资源或按揭进行拨付。
On 17 August: Xtep International announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary acquired 57 commercial units for approximately RMB439 million. These commercial units are located in the recently developed ecological business district of Qibao town, Minhang District, Shanghai. They are intended to be used as Xtep’s Shanghai operational centre, including offices and sample rooms. The consideration will be paid in three installments by cash and will be funded by internal resources of the Group and/or mortgage.
元联基金成功收购上海凯科国际大厦
Yuanlian Fund successfully acquires Shanghai Innov Tower
8月20日：元联基金公布消息，成功收购上海漕河泾开发区凯科国际大厦。资料显示，凯科国际大厦于2009年落成，为甲级写字楼，总建筑面积40,400平方米。此次收购后，元联基金将对凯科国际大厦通过主动管理、提升资产品质、优化租户组合，实现项目增值，后期拟通过发行类REITs或对接公募REITs实现基金的退出。
On 20 August: Yuanlian Fund announced the successful acquisition of Innov Tower in Caohejing Development Zone, Shanghai. It shows that Innov Tower was completed in 2009 and is known as a Grade A office building with a total gross floor area of 40,400 sqm. After the acquisition, Yuanlian Fund will actively manage Innov Tower, improving asset quality and optimising tenant portfolio to add value to the project. In the later stage, it is planned to exit the fund through issuing REITs or docking public REITs.

8月16日：阿里拍卖发布信息，北京市朝阳区姚家园路105号3号楼1-14层不动产，乐融大厦（原乐视大厦）将于9月9日被拍卖，起拍价为人民币5. 73亿元。此次拍卖由北京市第三中级人民法院执行，被执行人为乐视控股（北京）有限公司。
On 16 August: Alibaba Auction announced that the 1st -14th floor, No.3 Building, No.105 Yaojiayuan Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, Lerong Building (formerly known as LeEco Building) will be auctioned on 9 September, with a starting price of RMB573 million. The auction was executed by BJ3ZY China Court, and the person concerned was LeEco Holdings (Beijing) Co., Ltd.

8月9日：希慎兴业有限公司和IWG plc联合宣布成立一家合资企业，该合资企业将收购并经营IWG在大湾区的32个现有办公地点，未来将继续扩大IWG品牌在大湾区写字楼市场中的业务。
On 9 August: Hysan Development Company Co., Ltd and IWG plc will acquire and operate 32 existing IWG office locations in the Greater Bay Area through a joint venture and will continue to expand IWG’s business in the Greater Bay Area office market.

C&D International acquires equity of Zhuzhou project
8月13日：建发国际投资集团有限公司发布公告称，该公司拟收购控股股东株洲项目100%股权。该项目位于株洲市天元区长金德工业园，占地面积约31万平方米，预计计容建筑面积不超过约85万平方米，为住宅、商业及服务用地。
On 13 August: C&D International Investment Group Co., Ltd announced that the company intends to acquire 100% equity of Zhuzhou project from controlling shareholder. The project is located in Changjinde Industrial Park, Tianyuan District, Zhuzhou. It covers an area of about 310,000 sqm, with an estimated construction area of no more than 850,000 sqm, which is a residential, commercial and service land.
