据央视新闻客户端消息，当地时间9日，俄罗斯南部一家急救医院发生氧气供应中断事故，目前，死亡人数上升至11人。
据悉，目前俄罗斯调查委员会已经对该事故立案调查。该医院在急救氧气系统的安装和使用上是否违规是调查的重点。
