8月4日，高新技术产业开发区建设管理局发布了长春市供热（集团）有限公司长春高新热源厂建设工程项目行政审批批前公示，项目位于海容路以南、开宇街以西、星火路以北、震宇街以东，占地面积2.31万平米，建筑面积1.63万平米，将建设包括环保岛建筑、封闭煤场、锅炉房等多项建筑设施。
