8月2日，壳牌宣布黄志昌于即日起出任壳牌集团执行副总裁、壳牌中国集团主席。黄志昌于1994年加入壳牌工作，在公司服务已经超过27年。此前他曾出任壳牌全球特种业务总裁、壳牌中国下游新业务发展副总裁等管理职务。
