7月28日，宽城区柳影实验学校提升办学层次新建中学部项目批复公示发布。学校位置在扶余路以北，菜市南街东一胡同以东，在万龙第八城附近。
柳影实验学校即原长春市柳影中学，始建于1962年，占地面积1.7万㎡，学生2000余名，是一所公办九年一贯制义务教育学校。
