7月28日，四川省攀枝花市召开新闻发布会，公布并详细解读了攀枝花市《关于促进人力资源聚集的 十六条政策措施》。其中提到，对按政策生育第二个及以上孩子的攀枝花户籍家庭，每月每孩发放500元育儿补贴金，直至孩子3岁。攀枝花也成为了全国首个，也是目前唯一一个 发放育儿补贴金的城市。
