当前，正是玉米生长最旺盛、栽培管理最关键的时期。安徽省淮北市濉溪县华磊农业技术协会在实施安徽省濉溪县民生工程新型职业农民培训项目中，采取集中培训与现场指导相结合的模式，安排指导老师深入田间地头，有针对性地指导农户做好水肥追施，搞好田间管理与病虫害防治，争取玉米穗大粒多，取得丰产丰收。(王化龙)
