智通财经APP获悉，7月22日(周四)，Arvinas(ARVN.US)盘初走高，截至北京时间21:34，该股涨13.48%，报88美元。
据了解，当地时间7月22日，辉瑞(PFE.US)和Arvinas宣布合作开发和商业化试验性口服PROTAC雌激素受体(ER)蛋白降解剂ARV-471。根据协议条款，辉瑞将向Arvinas支付6.5亿美元的预付款。另外，辉瑞将对Arvinas进行3.5亿美元的股权投资。Arvinas还有资格获得高达4亿美元的审批里程碑和高达10亿美元的其他里程碑付款。
