证券时报e公司讯，*ST华资(600191)7月21日晚间公告，公司此前以自有资金1.2亿元购买“新时代信托·【恒新 63 号】集合资金信托计划”。本次交易已到期，截至公告日，公司未收回此信托计划本金和部分利息收入。本金及利息收入能否收回存在不确定性。2021年5月，公司召开2020年年度股东大会，同意对1.2亿元认购合同项下的恒新63号信托产品全额计提减值损失，计提后减少公司2020年度净利润1.2亿元。
