证券时报e公司讯，德赛电池(000049)7月21日晚间公告，终止筹划有关全资子公司惠州电池通过增资方式引入战略投资者的重大资产重组事项。根据此前初步意向，香港新能达以其持有的东莞新能德全部股权作价对惠州电池增资，增资完成后，香港新能达持有惠州电池不超过49%的股权。
