7月14日，岳阳三荷机场开通张家界=岳阳航线。
红网时刻岳阳7月15日讯（记者 叶芬 通讯员 张甜）7月14日，岳阳三荷机场开通张家界=岳阳航线，是岳阳机场开通的首条省内航线，票价低至148元（免机建费），5人成团往返票价低至200元/人，空中飞行时间仅需30分钟。
截至7月13日，岳阳机场旅客吞吐量已突破44万。暑运到来后，单日最高吞吐量达3400余人。
