根据《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第七十七条之规定，下列47位吸毒人员（名单附后）的机动车驾驶证将被依法注销。请当事人（或委托人）于公告之日起三十日内，到车管所办理机动车驾驶证注销业务。逾期未办理的，公安交通管理部门将依法注销其驾驶资格。
