榆林市公安交警支队回复：按照省生态环境厅、发改委、工业和信息化厅等9部门2019年5月29日印发的《关于印发陕西省柴油货车污染治理攻坚战实施方案的通知》文件要求，各市要全面停止在用车辆“油改气”，新改装的“油改气”车辆不得通过机动车安全技术检验。
