证券时报e公司讯，国家药监局发布通知，同意湖北虎泉药业有限公司提前终止当归芍药颗粒中药品种保护的申请。自通知印发之日起，湖北虎泉药业有限公司当归芍药颗粒不再按国家中药保护品种管理，不得冠以“国家中药保护品种”的称谓。由湖北省药监局负责收回上述品种国家中药保护品种审批件及中药保护品种证书。
