6月28日，资本邦了解到，奥马电器(002668.SZ)发布公告，公司持股5%以上股东赵国栋因合同纠纷，其所持有的1.02亿股公司股票将被武汉中院公开拍卖。
奥马电器表示，赵国栋为公司持股5%以上的股东，非公司控股股东、实际控制人，本次股份被拍卖事项不会导致公司实际控制权发生变更，不会对公司的生产经营造成影响。
