集微网6月16日消息，据研究机构Yole Developments的最新报告，目前内存市场处于强劲增长的阶段，预计到2023年，DDR5内存的出货量将超过DDR4内存，到2026年，DDR5内存占比将达到90%。
报告中表示，2026年内存市场规模将达到2000亿美元（约1.28万亿元人民币），同时还指出，主要内存厂商都已经完成了DDR5设计，其中几家已经开始量产出货，预计未来所有产品中使用的内存数量会不断增加，将有助于内存厂商的收入持续增长。（校对/holly）
