中证网讯（记者 沈楠）斯莱克（300382）6月16日午间公告，近日，公司与Hanil Can Company, Ltd签署了《意向书》，根据约定，Hanil Company将向斯莱克采购2片罐易拉罐产品的整套生产线设备以及相应的设备安装调试服务，总金额预计为3.4亿元左右。根据付款条款，Hanil Company将准时安排付款并确保正式的采购订单在2021年6月30日之前发出给公司。
