天眼查App显示，近日，上海洋码头网络技术有限公司新增一条行政处罚，处罚事由为电子商务平台经营者违反《电子商务法》第三十八条规定，被上海市静安区市场监督管理局责令限期改正 。
值得一提的是，该公司还曾因虚假宣传被罚款。
