证券时报e公司讯，据路透社报道，芯片代工商台积电6月1日表示，该公司斥资120亿美元的新芯片工厂已经在美国亚利桑那州凤凰城开工建设。另外台积电高管还指出，下一代3纳米制程技术芯片正在按计划推进，目标是在明年下半年开始量产。今年台积电的投资将会达到300亿美元，未来3年总计达到1000亿美元。(经济参考报)
