5月27日，四川峨眉山景区最高峰、海拔3099米的万佛顶重新对外开放。以前从金顶到万佛顶，曾架设有单轨观光车，被游客亲切称为“小火车”，轨道全程约两公里，行程约10分钟，票价为60元。2006年左右，观光车宣布停运检修。此次万佛顶重新开放，但“小火车”并未同步回归，只能存在于大家关于万佛顶的追忆中。
