智通财经APP讯，复星医药(02196)公布，2021 年 5 月 25 日，公司全资子公司复星实业与 IFC 签署《Loan Agreement》，复星实业向 IFC申请本金总额不超过2亿美元的贷款，该等贷款的本金偿还日不晚于 2028 年 8 月 15 日。同日，该公司与 IFC 签署《GuaranteeAgreement》(以下简称“《保证协议》”)，由该公司为复星实业向 IFC 申请的上述贷款提供连带责任保证担保。
