中证网讯（记者 杨澎）上海沿浦（605128）5月16日午后公告，公司拟以自有资金投资设立全资子公司荆门沿浦汽车零部件有限公司，注册资本为人民币5000万元，公司持有其100%股份。荆门沿浦项目计划总投资2.5亿元，占地约80亩，将在荆门高新区建设汽车座椅骨架总成项目。项目达产后，预计可实现年产值1.5亿-2亿元。
