新消息，美国学生签证免面签已恢复。今天（5月13日）我已经向中信银行北京市分行确认过了，美国学生签证还有移民签证的免面签代传递业务已经恢复了。免面签代传递，学生需要把所有签证材料交给中信银行，由中信银行代传递给广州美国领事馆。
