北京商报讯（记者 岳品瑜 宋亦桐）5月12日，据媒体报道，贝莱德建信理财有限责任公司已获银保监会批准，将于中国开展理财业务。
据悉，该合资理财公司注册在上海，注册资金10亿元人民币。贝莱德拥有合资理财公司50.1%的股份，中国建设银行通过全资理财子公司—建信理财有限责任公司持有40%，淡马锡持有9.9%。
