水质过硬
水的硬度影响茶叶内含物的溶解度。软水溶解度高，茶味浓。
硬水中因含有较多的钙、镁离子和矿物质，导致溶解度低，故茶味淡。因此我们应尽量选择软水，尽量避免使用井水等高硬度水泡茶。
