5月8日，临沂市十九届人大常委会第三十七次会议召开。会议审议并表决通过了人事任免案，决定接受孟庆斌辞去临沂市人民政府市长，侯晓滨、常红军辞去临沂市人民政府副市长；决定任命任刚、王君师为临沂市人民政府副市长，决定任刚为临沂市人民政府代理市长。
