今日，位于洋湖片区的中国国际文化艺术交流中心批前公示。
项目位于潭州大道西侧，先导牛广场以南，净用地面积约为22.12亩，总建筑面积36373平，由6栋2-4层的艺术展厅及各类综合建筑组成。
洋湖新城致力于打造湖南文化艺术高地，规划打造了“四馆一中心一园”，包括李自健美术馆、洋湖湿地科普馆、雷宜锌雕塑馆、湘江新区规划档案中心、国际文化艺术交流中心、洋湖国际雕塑园。
