中证网讯（记者 欧阳剑环）银保监会网站4月20日消息，深圳银保监局日前同意深圳农商银行发行19.6亿股股份的定向募股方案，同时，同意新加坡星展银行有限公司认购该行13.52亿股股份，占该行本次发行后总股本比例为13%。
