发布易4月8日 - 日出东方（603366）晚间公告称，因业务发展需要，公司全资子公司太阳雨集团有限公司拟与青海三力新能源技术有限公司共同投资设立青海太阳雨热能科技有限公司（暂定名），注册资本为1000万元，其中太阳雨集团认缴出资510万元，占注册资本的51%。
