三言财经4月2日消息，据新浪科技报道，Getty Images和免费图库平台Unsplash日前宣布达成一项最终协议。根据该协议，Getty Images将使用现金余额收购Unsplash，交易预计将于本月底完成。Unsplash将作为Getty Images的独立品牌和部门继续运营。Unsplash的原有创始人团队将在Getty Images首席执行官克雷格·彼得斯的领导下，继续管理运营Unsplash的业务，并保持其免费内容模式。
