国务院国资委网站23日发布《关于加强中央企业资金内部控制管理有关事项的通知》，围绕央企健全资金内控管理体制机制、加强资金内控制度建设、强化关键环节监管等工作做出安排。就境外资金风险管控，通知要求各央企内控部门完善境外资金内控监管制度，促进境外资金合规管理，加强境外资金风险防范，加大对境外单位大额资金监督力度。（记者 王希）
